Privacy policy
This policy covers the website zerlos.lv, its English version zerlos.eu and their demo request form. It does not cover the ZERLOS app itself.

What we process
Only what you type into the form and submit:
- name, company, e-mail and phone;
- if you write one: a message or question;
- the time of submission, the address it was sent from (zerlos.lv or zerlos.eu), the page language and the version of the consent text.
We do not store your IP address with the request. To stop the form being flooded, a hash of the IP address (not the address itself) and the number of requests from it are kept for one hour, then deleted automatically.
Why, and on what legal basis
To contact you about a ZERLOS demo, tell you the prices once they are known and invite you to the ZERLOS launch presentation. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), given by ticking the consent box in the form. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing that took place before.
Limiting the number of requests and protecting against spam rely on legitimate interests (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)): the security of the form and the data.
Who processes the data
Only SIA "JZ Advisory" sees the data. It is not sold and not passed on for advertising. Technically it is processed on our behalf by these service providers (processors):
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting (Cloudflare Pages) and handling the request on the server. Server logs may record the IP address for a short time.
- Upstash, Inc. — the request database, in the EU region (Frankfurt, Germany).
- Cloudflare, Inc. — Turnstile check that a person is filling in the form; loaded only at the form.
- Resend — e-mail delivery: a copy of each request is sent to our mailbox [email protected]; sending in the EU region (Ireland).
Where any of these companies processes data outside the European Economic Area, it does so with the safeguards required by the GDPR (for example, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
How long we keep it
We keep a request for no longer than 12 months. Older entries are deleted automatically every day. If you want it deleted sooner, an e-mail to [email protected] is enough.
Your rights
- to access your data and receive a copy;
- to correct inaccurate data;
- to have your data deleted;
- to restrict or object to processing;
- to withdraw consent.
Write to [email protected]; we reply within one month. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (DVI, www.dvi.gov.lv).

Changes
If this policy changes, the new version with a new effective date will be on this page. The Latvian version prevails if the texts differ.
